With gas prices rising and an Uber like business model, where their drivers use their own vehicles I doubt this company will be around much longer. I've used them multiple times before, the latest trip was around $650 one way. I booked a car a week ago, two days before their services are required they cancel on me. Stating it's out of their hands and they are sorry. They lost a customer and I would strongly advise against using them due to their lack of reliability.
App has a clean interface, simple to use, and can integrate with calendar and any corporate invoicing system. Notifications are timely and informative. The black car service itself is impeccable and professional. We've used them several times for personal and professional transport and have yet to be disappointed. Runs are well priced considering what you receive and we recommend Blacklane to everyone we know. Good job, guys!
Do not use this service. It's impossible to get a hold of customer service. There is no way to change or move your car service if you are still 8 hours out with no driver assigned.
